Energy Balls with Matcha

Ingredients

150 g Sunsweet Prunes
40 g flaked almonds
20 g flaked hazelnuts
10 g coconut flakes
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 pinch grounded cinnamon
2 tbsp almond milk
2-3 tbsp matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Blend prunes and almond milk in a mixer. Add almonds, hazelnuts, coconut flakes, cocoa and cinnamon, then blend again.
  2. Form 12 balls from the prune-nut-mixture and roll it into matcha powder. Refrigerate the energy balls 3 hours.

Tip: As an alternative, you can also roll the energyballs in cocoa powder or coconut flakes.
