Ingredients

500 g papaya
100 g Sunsweet prunes
50 g walnuts
1 red chili pepper
2 shallots
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. liquid honey
Juice of one lime
1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. grated ginger
3-4 Thai basil
Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut papaya in halves, remove seeds and peel. Finely cube the pulp. Cut prunes in half. Roughly chop walnut kernels. Wash and finely chop chilli pepper. Wash the shallots and cut into fine rings. Mix papaya, prunes, walnuts, chili and shallots.
  2. Mix oil, honey, lime juice, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Add the dressing to prepared ingredients and mix. Wash Thai basil and remove the leaves from the stem. Add to the sauce.
