1 banana
Half an avocado
A small handful of Prunes (about 4)
300 ml Prune Juice
A tablespoon of peanut butter (any type, although go for the ones with the least listed ingredients that you can find)
A teaspoon of pure cocoa powder
A teaspoon of flaxseeds, if you have them

Instructions

1. Simply add all the ingredients to the blender, blend well, and there you have it! Lunch in a glass.
