Ingredients

45g porridge oats
220ml semi skimmed milk
1 small dessert apple
5 Sunsweet Prunes, chopped
2 tablespoons natural yogurt 1 teaspoon clear honey

Instructions

  1. Measure oats and milk into a pan, stir then bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Grate the apple and stir into the porridge with the prunes, yogurt and honey. Return to the heat to warm everything through.
  4. Serve straight away, drizzle with a little extra honey, if desired.
