Ingredients:
- 12 small vol au vonts
- 10-12 pitted SUNSWEET prunes
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g smoked salmon
- 10g butter
- 10-12 blackberries

Method:
1. Lightly butter the empty pastry shell with a brush and place on baking sheet.
2. Put slices of smoked salmon cut in small triangles in the shell to look like flower petals.
3. Place a prune in the center holding the salmon in place. Scoop cheese into the prune and top with blackberries.
There are many variations on how to fill the pastry shell with any combination of the above ingredients!
