Ingredients:
- 100g pitted SUNSWEET prunes
- 500g broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 150g gorgonzola cheese
- 500g bowtie pasta
- 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds
- salt and pepper

Method:
1. Blanch broccoli and put aside.
2. Heat oil in frying pan, fry onions until caramelized.
3. Add wine and cream and cook on low heat for five minutes or until sauce thickens.
4. Add paprika, gorgonzola, pitted prunes and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bring a pan of salted water to boil and add pasta. When pasta is al dente, drain, add all other ingredients and mix.
6. Garnish with slivered almonds and serve.
